Staying at Europa in Bucharest was a mixed experience for me. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I loved the spaciousness of the Standard Double Room ATRIUM, but the air conditioning was a major letdown. I reported issues several times, and despite their assurances, no one came to fix it, leaving us sweating at +25 degrees during the day. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the breakfast spread was decent, but it lacked variety over the days. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, even if they didn’t always deliver on maintenance requests. While the room had potential, it’s clear that management needs to focus on maintenance and updates to improve the overall comfort of guests.
